What do I need to complete the Online Bootcamp! 
  • Each week during Online Bootcamp there is one workout that will require equipment such as a kettle bell or set of dumb bells. These can be purcahsed for super cheap! If you don't want to purchase any equipment then that's cool, just get creative with what's in your kitchen and around the house! ;)
  • Really all you need is yourself, a pair of trainers and internet connection!
  • You'll also need a ‘LET'S DO THIS’ attitude! ;)
